Good location but overpriced.
Realiy good breakfast and very nice staff.
Outdated room not so clean. For the price I payed I would have expected cleaner room. Also absolutely no amenities.

Very Good
The staff was accommodating and polite. The location is wonderful. The facilities have great potential. The price was acceptable.
One of the single rooms was so tiny and the view was just over a roof... A part of the facilities would need a paint and some renovations.

Great location, nice pool, low standard for its price.
The location is great. The pool was very nice and by Swedish standards it was not cold.
The dinner was excellent but it is a pity that you do not have any choices over the food. I am not used to red meat and had stomach troubles afterwards. The breakfast was typical for Sweden, but it did not have the extras that even Scandic usually has like smoothies. The furniture in the room was not very nice and definately not what you would expect from such an expensive hotel. We were given 2 single beds and they kept on moving apart from each other. Again, not something you would expect for a hotel in this price class. Also there was no TV.

Pleasant
Property and surroundings are quaint and nice. Room was simple but big enough and clean. We had a pretty view towards the lake. The breakfast was your standard buffet selection but comprehensive and tasty. The breakfast area was very nice. Good selection of teas available even throughout the rest of the day.
It smelled pretty musty in the corridor in our wing. The room had very strong cleaning liquid or similar chemical odor. It’s very bright in the room in the morning as there are no blackout curtains. Soundproofing is very bad and you can hear the people in the adjacent room. Also, our room was above the breakfast area so it got very noisy after 7 am when the staff was moving around furniture and such. Earplugs and sleeping mask are recommended.
